He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Tarr and Virginia Tarr; and his stepsons, Jason Bedwell and Ricky Bedwell. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Tarr; his daughters, Michelle Willis and Tana Wilburn; his stepsons, Steven Bedwell and David Bedwell; and his siblings-in-law, Pam and Charles Foster. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; along with numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
