He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Antonio Salas and Carolina; his brothers, Jimmy Salas, Juan Salas, Jose Salas and Samuel Salas; and his great grandchild Gabriella Ann Valdez.
He is survived by: his wife Dora E. Salas; and his children, Ramon Salas, Raul Salas (Jimmy Salas) and Irma Salas Salinas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
