She is survived by: her husband Leon Eddie Koehn; her children, Cheryl Yvonne Ebeling (Norman), Charlene Annette Agnew (Howard) and Daryl Leon Koehn (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, Chris, Kyle, Michael, Jacob, Nathan, Kayleigh, Miranda and Joshua.
