She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua James and Mary Ellen Mitchell; and her sisters, Maxine Garner and Shirley (Jim Ridgeway). She is survived by: her significant other Eddie B. Collins; her children, George, Russel, Clifford Smith, Mark (Devy Collins), Randy Collins and Lynn Morris; her brother Jackie Michell; her sister-in-law Arlayne (Burt Francis); and also Dr. W. W. Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skyvue Funeral Home (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Skyvue Memorial Gardens (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
