He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Bridges and Jim Bridges Sporting Goods; and his children, Blake Alexander Bridges and Kathleen Bridges England. He is survived by: his siblings, Marshall (Melinda) and Melissa Akin (Rick); his children-in-law, Ernie England and Clarissa Bridges; his grandchildren, Dylan, Brionna, Bailey, Drayden Bridges, Elizabeth and Ellie England; his stepson Hunter England (Madellyn); and his great grandchild Robbie England. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skyvue Funeral Home (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Methodist (777 N Walnut Creek Dr, Mansfield, TX 76063). A burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Itasca Cemetery.
