She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hazzard and Viola Hazzard; her siblings, Trudy Calcaterra of Watagua and Joe Hazzard of Waxahachie; and her son Michael Johnson of Mansfield.
She is survived by: her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Carrie Johnson of Mansfield; her sister Mary; and her brothers-in-law, Michael Macha of Prosper and Sam Calcaterra of Watagua. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas in honor of her son Michael.
