She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hazzard and Viola Hazzard; her siblings, Trudy Calcaterra of Watagua and Joe Hazzard of Waxahachie; and her son Michael Johnson of Mansfield.
She is survived by: her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Carrie Johnson of Mansfield; her sister Mary; and her brothers-in-law, Michael Macha of Prosper and Sam Calcaterra of Watagua. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Wednesday, January 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM. Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park (500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas in honor of her son Michael.
