He was predeceased by: his wife Tommie Anne Ray (McAdams); his parents, O. K. Ray and Reatha Ray; his sister Sue Beasley; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Beasley and Howard McAdams; and his son-in-law Billy Clemons.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Isel (Jack) of Mansfield, Danny Ray (Suzanne) of Mansfield, Faye Clemons of Mansfield and Mike Ray (Darla) of Alvarado. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blessing Colonial Chapel (401 Elm St, Mansfield, TX 76063). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Mansfield (1800 E Broad St, Mansfield, TX 76063). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Stewards Mill Cemetery.
