He is survived by: his siblings, Emma Williams, Ella Hubbert (late Willie Hubbert), Solomon Marks (Gerna Marks), Diann Foster (Donald Foster), Bennie Craft (Wayne Craft), Cedric Marks (Valerie Marks) and Rickey Marks (Deborah Marks); his spouse Shirley L. James; his daughter JaCoi James Pugh (Corey L. Pugh, Sr.); and his grandchildren, Kerrington James and Corey L. Pugh, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Park (8100 Fireside Dr, Dallas, TX 75217).
