He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Guzman and Juana Guzman; and his siblings, José Pablo Guzmán, Maria Guadalupe Guzman-Casares and Eriberta "Betty" Cruz Medrano.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Guzman; and his brothers, Jesus Eliodoro Guzmán (Elena), José David Guzman (Frances) and Francisco Javier Guzmán. He is also survived by seven children, embraced two son-in-laws, two daughter-in-laws who, along with 24 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (500 E Dallas St, Mansfield, TX 76063). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A reception was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greenwood (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
