She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Stevens; her husband Joe Vernon; her mother Martha Stevens; her sister Letharue Carroll; and her aunt Minnie Ola McDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Rickie Jones, Reggie Jones, Robbie Hadley, Sheila Vernon, Eli Vernon III and Marie Vernon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Skyvue Funeral Home (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Skyvue Memorial Gardens (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
