She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Blackburn and Wylma Thomas Blackburn. She is survived by: her husband James W Turkett; her sons, James Jr. (Courtney) and Patrick Adam (Claire); her grandchildren, Rowan, Ellis and Meadow; and her brothers, Galen (Susan), Clay (Julie) and Scott. She is also survived by three nephews and one niece and seven great-nieces and nephews.
