She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Wieruscheske; and her brother Edward Gonzenbach. She is survived by: her daughter JoAnn; her son-in-law Jim Savage; her grandsons, Chris (Kim Savage) and Cale (Allison Savage); her great grandchildren, Caroline, Kinley and Max Savage; and her sister Emmalea Prescott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the "memorial fund" of St John's.
