He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Schultz and Ana Schultz (Bailey); and his siblings, Glen, Georgia Ann and Patty.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Kay Schultz; his children, Tim Schultz (Lisa) and Stacy McCoy (Don); his grandchildren, Brian (Jennie), Morgan, Makenna Schultz, Harper Orts, Ava and Hillary McCoy; and his brothers, Bob Hawks of Lexington, Lewis Schultz (Nancy) of Cortez, Ronnie (Judy) of Ulysses, Gary (Edna) of Lexington and Jerry Schultz of Pahrump. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
