He is survived by: his children, Savannah Ruiz (Alfred Rodriguez), Santos Ruiz III, Joshua Isaiah Ruiz, Ruben Angel Ruiz (Hannah Lee), Gloria Stephanie Soto, Tiffany Marie Soto, Jonathan Ruiz and Amanda Sanchez Ruiz (Joshua); his mother Angelina Ruiz; and his siblings, Miguel Ruiz and Yolanda Ruiz Fabian. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
