She was predeceased by: her parents, Genaro Tovar and Eleanor Tovar; and her brother-in-law Pete Hernandez. She is survived by: her son Juan Gabriel Tovar; her siblings, Rosemary Hernandez, Margaret Tovar and Genaro Tovar; her sister-in-law Lucy Tovar; and her siblings, Joe Tovar, Linda Tovar, Michael Tovar and Nicholas Tovar. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews.
