She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Smith Bell and Annie Bell; her husband Clark; her sons, Kyle Howard (Cathy), Kris Howard (Cheri) and Kelly Howard (Julie); her grandchildren, Emily Howard Mendez, Aaron Howard, Andrew Howard, Amy Howard Park, Daniel Howard, Elise Howard, Peyton Howard, Carson Howard and Hayes Howard; and her great grandchild Stella Mendez.
