Johnson; his daughters, Alexandra and Dominique; his stepson Kenneth J. Johnson (Kristi); his stepgrandchildren, Alaina and Isaac; and his siblings, Paul V. Kraus of Longwood, Jerry P. Kraus of Van Buren, Arkansas and Linda A. Davis. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
