He was predeceased by: his brother Bryan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kopp Thomas; his son David Bryce Thomas; his sisters, Margot Thomas Goldburg and Jan Thomas Daly of Australia; his grandchildren, Kyra and Amy Thomas of Albuquerque, NM; and his former wife Linda Koop. He is also survived by sisters and relatives.
