He is survived by: his godson Edward; his wife Ruby Shaw; his siblings, Alta Lee Barnes, Audrie Lee Shaw, Lois Bell (Wayne), Tricia Thomas, Beverly Mayberry, Icy Brown and Sharon Medlock; and his children, Charles Wayne Shaw, Lewis Steve Shaw (Gwen), Hughie L. Shaw, Jr. (Karen), William Carl Shaw (Gracie), Samuel Roger Shaw, Robbie Lennett Thomas and Edward Rogers (Ruth). He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 41 Great Grandchildren, nieces nephews, relatives and friends.
