He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Zezulka and Mary Zezulka; his daughter Cathy Woodward; and his siblings, Dorothy Williams, Sybil Srnensky, Johnny, Jerry, Benny and Henry Zezulka.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Zezulka; his children, Brenda Cantrell (Floyd), Michael Beck (Reba), Debbie Beck, Beverly Luce (Jon), Niki Zezulka and Gina Easley (Wilbert); and his siblings, Eugene Zezulka (Audrey), Betty Carpenter (Jon) and Evelyn Kaatz. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
