He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marks, Sr. and Mary Mutschler Marks; and his siblings, Mary Wakefield and Joseph Jr. (Joe). He is survived by: his brother Joe; his wife Marlene Biermann; his brother Philip Marks; and his children, Keith Marks (Denise) of Buda, Shelly Boothe (Dell) of Buda and Vance Marks (Theogenia) of Johnson City. He is also survived by his sons, son-in-law, brothers and nephews.
