He was predeceased by: his brothers, Russell Parnell and Randy Parnell, Jr.; and his grandparents, Charles Parnell, Barbara Smith and Raymond Tiner.

He is survived by: his parents, Randy Parnell and Anna Parnell; his brothers, Mark Parnell (Breeona) and Creed Cathey (Tori); his grandmothers, Judy Tiner and Rhonda Parnell; his aunts and uncles, Jon Tiner (Tonya), Tim Parnell, Suzanne Balderas (Juan) and Cindy Parnell; and his nieces and nephews, Barrett, Aubree Parnell and Adalynn Cathey.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the scholarship fund in Ronald Perkins/ Trenn Parnell's name, at the First State Bank in Malakoff, TX.
