He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Meshell; his daughters, Josephine Leatherwood and Melinda Smith (Brandon); his brother Robert Leatherwood; his grandchildren, Jordan, Isabella, Paul Thomas, Kaidence, Mikah, Sydnee, Addilyn and Phoenix; and his nephews, Jason, Jeremey and Josh Kristen.
