It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loyal Dowlearn (Malakoff, Texas), born in Yoakum, Texas, who passed away on November 11, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Hermes; her husband James W. Dowlearn; and her children, Carlos Dowlearn, Opal Merka and Donnie Dowlearn.

She is survived by: her children, Jean Glasgow of Malakoff, Jim Dowlearn of Sandy Creek and Donna Matthews (Chris) of Midlothian. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
