He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cullen and Angie Allen; and his brother James Thomas Allen. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Allen (Susie), Sherry Allen and Angie Tijerina (Ness); his sister Pattie Griffin (Hollis); and his grandchildren, Mysti, Donia, Keith, Bobby, Ashley, Tosha, Lezlie, Bruce, Cassi and Trisha. He is also survived by 26 Great-Grandchildren.
