She was predeceased by: her husband Haynes Cecil Knox; her parents, George Byram and Minnie Luella Byram; and her siblings, Rose Mayes, William Byram and Charles Byram.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Knox (Diane) of Mt Vernon, TX, Joel Knox (Danelle) of Brenham, TX and Vicki Smith (CE) of Waxahachie, TX.; and her grandchildren, Johnny Knox (Margaret) of Longview, TX, Rendy Barrett (Ray) of Mt Pleasant, TX, Chris Smith (Amy) of Spring, TX, Anitra Scott (Kyle) of Waxahachie, TX, Jason Knox (Lani) of Mt Vernon, TX, Chris Knox (Maggie) of Dallas, TX, Jessica Kimes (Bradley) of Sugarland, TX and Anna Knox of Missouri City, TX. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, financial contributions in memory of Jessie Knox be made to Assemblies of God World Missions in Springfield, MO.
