It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earvin Matthews (Malakoff, Texas), born in Chandler, Texas, who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Matthews and Linnie Matthews; his former wife Mary Lee Carter Matthews; and his siblings, George Matthews, Florene Box and Roy Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Matthews of Malakoff, TX; his children, Shannon Allen (John) of Eustace, TX, Christi Dunklin (Jamie) of Malakoff, TX and Bubba Matthews (Sabrina) of Malakoff, TX; his stepsons, Mark Roberts, Kevin Maieritsch (Amber) of Eustace, TX and Scott Sprayberry; his siblings, Annie Bell Wiseman of Virginia and James Matthews of Corsicana, TX; and his sister-in-law Opal Matthews. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren.
