She was predeceased by: her parents, Jodean Richard Upchurch and Patsy Jewell Upchurch (Barnes); and her former husband Floyd Hoover. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Breaux; her sons, Richard Hoover (Latisha) of Temple and Wesley Hoover (Katie) of Malakoff, Texas; her stepsons, Zachary Breaux (Ajah) of Raceland, Louisiana and Logan Breaux of Raceland, Louisiana; her brother Richard Keith Upchurch of Malakoff; and her grandchildren, Kayla, Kinsley Hoover (Richard), Jace Hoover (Wesley) and Noelle Breaux (Zackary). She is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home (842 NE Loop 7, Athens, TX 75752). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Park (3100 FM317, Athens, TX 75752).
