He was predeceased by: his father Leland Barnes; and his wife Vickie Barnes. He is survived by: his mother Lois Moran Barnes of Whitehouse; his daughters, Angie Brown (Chuck) of Athens, Cindy Harris (Kerry) of Athens and Valarie Pagitt (Kevin) of Athens; his grandchildren, Caleb Dowell, Riley Brown, Kyle Harris (Olivia), Kolton Harris (Anna), Kanyon Harris, Sydney Sneed (Dalton) and Lexy Pagitt; and his siblings, Robert Barnes, Mike Barnes, Sandy Duron, Patrice Dunnigan and Mary Cantrell. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
