She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Crouch; her parents, Grady Healer and Pearl Healer Wheat; her stepfather Curt Wheat; and her brother Jammie Healer.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy (Wyle McClintock) and Jim (Shirley Crouch); her sister-in-law Joyce McDonald; her grandchildren, James (Candace McClintock), Katy (Sean Madden), Meredith (Caleb Spaw) and Zachary Crouch; her great grandchildren, Brenden, Drew, Lily McClintock, Presly, Chloe and Kayla Madden; and her great great grandchild Olivia.
