He was predeceased by: his parents, Hattie Lesak Macha and Raymond J. Macha; his sister Wanda Rae Johnson; and his grandsons, Jacob Wayne Klimple (Donna Johnson Sedoo), David Andres Johnson and David Mark Luchak III (Carolyn Zander Hebert).
He is survived by: his wife Paula A. Macha; his daughters, Sherryl Macha Klimple (Joe Klimple), Stephanie Macha Hessler (Ex) and Jennifer Zander Ochsner (Daughter); and his grandchildren, Allison Faith Klimple, David Hessler, Abrielle Ochsner and Brynlie Ochsner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
