He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earnest Murrell and Irene Murrell; his wife Margaret; his daughters, Kim and Kelly; his sons-in-law, Joe and Fred; his grandchildren, Timothy, Hunter, Travis and Samantha; and his brother Wallace (Hansel).

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Restwood Funeral Home (1038 W Plantation Dr, Clute, TX 77531).
