In the vast expanse of eternity, Phillip Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Phillip Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Pickens (Helen Pickens) and Helen Pickens; and his brother Dick Pickens. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Doug (Erika) of Dallas, TX and Greg (Tiffany) of Chicago, IL; and his granddaughters, Payeton and Tayelor.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Phil's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
