It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Arlene Strickland in Magnolia, Texas, born in Charlotte, Michigan, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Bugbee and Lavina Bugbee (Stratton); and her husband Gene Strickland. She is survived by: her children, Anita Sambrano (Lorenzo) and Dick Strickland; her grandchildren, Diane Sambrano, Elizabeth Beaulac, Cerelia Turner and Antonio Sambrano; and her brother Dorr Bugbee. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
