She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lysek and Beatrice Lysek; and her siblings, Hilma Tracey and Bartow Lysek. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Smith; her sister Josephine Nichols; and her children, Bunnie Adkins (Mark), Scott Hopkins (Jurema), Wade Hopkins (Julie) and Debbie Cannady. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
