She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Scott and Fairy Smith. She is survived by: her husband Bo Damuth; her son G. Scott Damuth (Shery Damuth); her grandson Phillip Damuth (Taffany Damuth); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Maverick and Ace; her sister Shirley Ann Goodloe; and her half-sisters, Elly Soler, Tessie Cunningham and Missy Graham.

“I worked for Bo and Dorie as a farm hand for a few years when I was in high school and college. Dorie was such a sweet and caring woman. She could not stand to see a plant pulled up and not have it replanted elsewhere. She loved her cattle, animals, and community. She had a very fruitful life. Jason Reed.”
