He was predeceased by: his parents, George Asa Frazier and Louetta Weldon Frazier; his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Evelyn Frazier Pritchard, George Everett Frazier, James Ray Frazier and John Howard Frazier.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Frazier and Derek Frazier (Kathy); his granddaughters, Kyrie and Kaylie Frazier; his nieces, Diane Pritchard, Brenda De Alba and Coye Hoth; and his caregivers, Aniyah, Gail and Deidre. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's name to the Montgomery County Animal Shelter in Conroe, Texas.
