She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Adolph Collier and Frances Cecile Trilisek-Collier; her son Kirk D. Folsom; and her husband Don L. Scruggs. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Folsom (Lacy Folsom) and Kristie (Douglas Zorens); her brothers, Wayne (Becky Collier) and Buddy Collier; her grandchildren, Amanda (Christopher Fudge), Wesley Folsom, Wyatt Folsom and Oliver Folsom; and her great grandchildren, Tatumn Folsom, Spencer Folsom and Christian Fudge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
