He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Roach and Mary Roach. He is survived by: his wife Pat Roach of Livingston; his children, Kimberly Wright of Livingston, Raymond Smelley of Livingston and Mary Elizabeth Roach of Baltimore, Maryland; his siblings, Buba Seagroves of Livingston, Ronnie Roach of Dallas, Donnie Roach of Dallas and Karen Archer of Dallas; his great grandchild Logan Foust of College Station; his brother Pastor Brad Brock of Madisonville; and his grandchild Heaven. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
