She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Jackson and Louine Lindley Jackson; her husband Lynn Ratliff; and her daughters, Susan Wells and Lynda Midkiff.
She is survived by: her grandmother Callie Lindley; her sister Voyce Park (Charles); and her great grandchildren, Jackson Scott, Sophia Scott, Brynna Barrett, Susan McCarley, Anne McCarley, Wallace Webster and Thomas Webster. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's memory to First United Methodist Church of Madisonville.
