He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth "Honey" Andrews; his grandparents, William E. "Brushy Bill", Ruth Andrews, Lela Ball Lynch and T. Benton Lynch; his father Dick, Sr. Andrews; and his niece Traci Andrews Theiss.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Andrews; his children, Joseph Andrews and Elizabeth Anne Maklary; his son-in-law Joshua Maklary; his grandson Wyatt Maklary; his brother Tommy Andrews; his sister-in-law Janet Andrews; his sister Donna (Andrews); and his nephews, Clay Nash, Cari Andrews, Chris Nash and Kevin "Dink" Andrews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Madisonville High School FFA or football program.
