He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Dentist; his parents, Edwin Clark Dorris and Naomi Kizer Dorris; his wife Mary Dorris; his sons, Robert Dorris (Linda) of Granbury and Eric Dorris (Jill) of Austin; his siblings, Richard Dorris (Suzanne) of San Angelo and Patricia Richey of Dallas; his sisters-in-law, Martha Dorris and Trish Mendez (Ray); his brother David Dorris; and his grandchildren, Hanna, Jordan and Ava Dorris. He was also cherished by great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
