R. Gibson of Madisonville, Paul Headrick, Jr. (Lori) of Centerville, Elizabeth Dockery (Benjamin) of Palestine, Robert Headrick of Palestine, Steven Headrick of Centerville, Matthew Warren of Midway and Carlie-Rae Warren of Midway. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
