It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Barbara Scholz of Madisonville, Texas, born in Round Rock, Texas, who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Marion and Mary Kreitz (Swonke); her husband Leon David Scholz; her siblings, Cecilia, Clara, Regina, Josephine, Dorothy, Leonard, Joseph and Buddy; and her sons-in-law, Daniel Busa and E. J. Marshburn.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Scholz of North Zulch, Ronnie Scholz of North Zulch, Cheryl Busa of North Zulch, Joyce Marshburn of Plantersville, Brenda Kurten (Billy) of Magnolia and Tina Kimich of Plantersville; her sisters-in-law, Dolores Kreitz of Hockley and Shelley Scholz of Houston; her grandchildren, LeaAnn Andrus (Alan), Michelle Goff (Tim), Daniel Busa (Jackie), Stephanie Thomas (Kenny), Kristi Miller (Casey), Evan Marshburn (Lisha), Amanda DeLeon (Casey), Kim Wedgman (Toby), Eric Kurten, Matt Kurten (Debra), Jennifer Busa (Shane) and Lindsey Kimich; her great grandchildren, Dustin Andrus (Jennifer), Payne Andrus, Kaleb Andrus, Luke McClosky, Jack McClosky, Chelcee Goff, Jace Hair, Jaylee Hair, Brenton Busa, Hannah Thomas, Hollie Thomas, Harper Thomas, Hayes Thomas, Jonah Miller, Liam Miller, Chelsie Marshburn, Saige Marshburn, Lily Marshburn, Shawn DeLeon, Haiden DeLeon, Cody Wedgman, Chloe Wedgman, Randen Kurten, Kaden Kurten, Karson Kurten, Madilyne Kurten, Jace Kurten and Keegan Kimich; and her great great grandchildren, J.
