She is survived by: her significant other George Simmons, Sr. (Peepaw); her children, George Simmons, Jr. (Kimberly), Michelle Lapaglia (Shane) and Loretta Machann (Al); her grandchildren, Matthew, Ciara, Andrew, Jillian, Katlyn, Cameron, Taylor, Hunter, Baylee and Lilly; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Kayce; her siblings, Donald Pawlowski (Karen), Connie Holub (Louis) and Renee Reed (Carl); and her sisters-in-law, Pat, Sandra, Wanda and Doris. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Extended Family.
