He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lummus and Zora Lee Lummus; and his sisters, Florence May Simmons, Wanda Jean Harper and Cora Lummus.
He is survived by: his son Duane Lummus (LeeAnn) of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Austin Drake and Tori Ellane Lummus. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
