He was predeceased by: his parents, Ott Casey and Rachael Casey (Cowger); and his brothers, J. R., Clarence, Gene and Leo Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Casey of Midway; and his children, Royce Casey of League City, Joyce Harrison (Ralph) of The Woodlands, Carolyn Foley (Kevin) of California, Jessica Casey (Jerry) of Leona, Teresa Vaness (Danny) of Huntsville and Debra Casey of Leona. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
