She is survived by: her mother Sarah Margaret Smith; her husband Michael Cook; her son Robert Lee Polley (April); her siblings, Jeff Taylor, Cindy and Shannon Taylor; and her grandsons, Calvin and Andrew Polley. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
