He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tait and Lena Tait; and his brother Terry Tait. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Brian Bullock (Alyssa) and Jenalee Bullock; his sisters, Carol Ensminger of Palmyra, PA and Barbara Fecht of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Stephen, Xavier, Livianna, Uriah, Asa and Jonah; his nephew Scott Ensminger of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his nieces, Kasee and Emilee Fecht.
