He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riley Williams and Alice Davis Williams; and his son David Williams. He is survived by: his uncles, Boss and Red; his wife Ina Williams of Normangee; his children, James Riley Williams, Jr. (Julie) of Leona, Judi Williams Delesandri (David) of Madisonville and Lori Williams O'Neal (Jim) of Normangee; and his sister Marie Powell of San Antonio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
